BSDL (Boundary Scan Decription Language) Files

The following BSDL files for the Zylogic E5 family are preliminary. They have been tested against the Agilent BSDL syntax checker, although not all files have been tested against actual silicon on various JTAG-based testers.

To download a file, position the cursor over the File name and then click the right mouse button. Select "Save Target As" and specify a file destination.
