1. Corporate Background
Zylogic was spawned from the initial desire of both ARM Ltd to proliferate its IP and architecture through out China, and Zylogic to market the break-through embedded platform - Configurable System on Chip(CSoC).

Zylogic, with financial support from Foreign Venture Capital and Tsinghua Venture Capital, combines sophisticated technologies, top engineering talents, and familiarity with both Chinese and Western culture, to provide an advanced system-on-chip (SoC) base for an array of application specific standard products (ASSP).

As an innovative startup, Zylogic aims to play a master role to close the loop on the creation of a wholly China based ASIC / ASSP flow, and to fill the gap between technology and business areas.

2. Vision and Mission
Zylogic's vision is to leverage of a strong processor based SoC to create a world leader in processor based SoC ASSPs and low end SoC ASIC services. This will be accomplished by first building a strong "niche" design services company around a single yet flexible platform to build revenue, technology, customer base, and market knowledge while starting to target key Chinese ASSP vertical markets.

Mission Statement:
Absorb the ARM7 ASSP + DSP (in either FPGA or DSP) board level design market in China into an entity that provides multi-chip and single chip ASIC solutions based on a flexible C-SOC approach and eventual ARM7 based ASSP company.
